Daniel Olive

Daniel Olive is an experienced chef with a robust career in the culinary industry, currently serving at Brisbane Racing Club since February 2015. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a chef in various establishments, including Brisbane International Virginia from 2012 to 2014 and Temp Chef/Relief Chef in 2014-2015. Additional experience includes positions at Sofitel, Diana Plaza Hotel, and Geebung-Zillmere RSL Club, where Daniel completed an apprenticeship from 2008 to 2010. Daniel began the culinary journey at Royal on the Park, serving as an apprentice from 2005 to 2008. Education was pursued at TAFE Queensland.
