Sebastiano Ricciardetto is an experienced executive chef currently leading at Pirata Group since July 2023. Previously, Sebastiano served as Head Chef at The Caprioli Management Company Limited from May 2022 to May 2023 and at Rastkeller from September 2019 to October 2021, both in fine dining environments recognized by the Michelin guide. Notable experiences include stints at prestigious establishments such as Celler de Can Roca and Quique Dacosta, each holding three Michelin stars. Additional roles include Sous Chef at Ristorante Castello di Fighine, Chef de Partie at LA PERGOLA and Pascucci al Porticciolo, and demi-chef at Joël Robuchon. Sebastiano holds a diploma in ristorazione from istituto alberghiero, completed in July 2009.
