Rosa Carter is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, specializing in homelessness and harm reduction. Currently serving as the Safeguarding Lead at Homeless Health Service Bristol since May 2022, Rosa has also worked as a Homelessness & Harm Reduction Specialist Nurse at BrisDoc Healthcare Services since February 2019.
