Hannah Grantz

Hannah Grantz currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Brisk Teaching since May 2025. Previously, Hannah held various roles at Bain & Company, starting as a Consultant and advancing to Manager from July 2022 to April 2025. Prior experience includes a position as a Summer Consultant at EY-Parthenon in June 2021 and a significant tenure at New Leaders Org from September 2014 to August 2020, where Hannah progressed through roles including Associate Director of External Relations and Associate Director of National Development. An Education Pioneers Fellow in 2017, Hannah also contributed as a Corps Member with Teach For America, instructing 7th Grade Math and 9th Grade Algebra 1. Hannah earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Classical Civilizations, and Public Policy from the same institution.
