Hayley Whelan

Hayley Whelan is an experienced HR professional with a robust tenure at Bristan Group Ltd since August 2007, currently serving as Head of HR. Hayley has led initiatives such as a major review of job grading structures, the development of HR policies, and the successful implementation of a new HR system, contributing to significant improvements in employee engagement.
