Lisa Lesko is currently the Chief People Officer at Bristlecone. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has held senior leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies, including Revlon Inc., Frontier Communications, and LotLinx, Inc. Lisa is an expert in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and talent management to compensation and benefits, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion. Lisa has been instrumental in building the HR infrastructure at each of their previous companies and setting the tone for how HR should partner with the business. Lisa is a passionate advocate for their employees and is committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Lisa Lesko has a Master's Degree in Counseling & Educational Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Lisa also has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
