Pankaj Dontamsetty is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, strategy, and digital transformation. Currently, as the Head of Business Operations & Insights and IT at Bristlecone, they are responsible for delivering technology-enabled business transformations and driving process efficiencies and operational excellence. Pankaj is skilled in leveraging enterprise automation and digital transformation to enhance business agility and improve employee and customer experience. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Head of Strategy - SAP Practice at Cognizant for 14 years. During their tenure, they played a key role in shaping the SAP practice's vision, executing strategic projects, and helping global brands transition into digital business models. Pankaj also has experience in marketing and product engineering from their earlier roles at Forbes Marshall and Spectrochem Instruments Pvt. Ltd. respectively.

Pankaj Dontamsetty - PMP® has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Pankaj also has a Post Graduate Certification in Digital Marketing and Communication from MICA | The School of Ideas, specializing in Social Media & Content Marketing and Marketing Analytics, which they obtained in 2020. In 2018, they completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Leadership from the Indian School of Business. Pankaj also holds a CBSE degree in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, which they obtained from 1987 to 1995.
