Praveen Pavithran

Praveen Pavithran is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development, particularly in the fields of IoT and Bluetooth Low Energy. Currently serving as an Associate Manager at Bristlecone since January 2023, Praveen previously held the position of Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2011 to March 2020, where significant contributions included the development of a REST API framework for EMC products using Java and JAX-RS. Praveen has a rich history in designing and developing IoT projects, particularly IoT gateways for smart devices, and has also worked extensively with various platforms, including Intel's DK Series and Cypress technologies. In addition to IoT, Praveen has expertise in porting applications across multiple operating systems and platforms, enhancing Linux-based tools for the Windows environment, as well as developing BLE profiles for embedded devices. Praveen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from K V G College of Engineering and completed high school in Science at NIHSS in the United Arab Emirates.
