Shoba Sridaran

Shoba Sridaran has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Marketing coordinator and facilitator at BITS until 1996. From 1999 to 2002, they were a Technical Lead at City of Clearwater. In 2002, they became a Project Manager at Epicor Software (CRS Retail Systems) until 2005. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Cognizant in different roles, including Training Manager and Associate Director, where they headed the Global Assimilation program. Shoba'sresponsibilities included employee integration, reducing attrition, and facilitating employee relocation. Since 2021, Shoba has been serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Bristlecone.

Shoba Sridaran holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they received between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bridge Program in Application Development at St. Petersburg College from 1998 to 1999. Shoba received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, which they completed between 1992 and 1995.
