Victoria Klimova

Victoria Klimova has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital experience, project management, and quality assurance. Victoria is currently the Client Partner and Director at Bristlecone since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Company Owner and CEO of 3Rooms GmbH from 2019.

From 2014 to 2019, they were the Head of Digital Experience at Luxoft, where they built a Center of Expertise and led a team of 90+ experts in UX, UI, and Frontend Development. Victoria successfully delivered 350+ projects in various industries and developed solutions in HR, IT, Marketing, Education, and BPM areas. Additionally, they implemented a framework for employee retention and motivation and introduced business and collaboration models to improve client relationships and interdepartmental communication.

Before their role at Luxoft, Victoria held positions as a Project Manager and QA Manager, where they worked on manual and automated QA projects and acted as a Scrum Master. Victoria also worked as a QA Manager at Ciklum, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating testing activities for an ERP system.

Prior to their managerial roles, Victoria started their career as a QA Engineer at Validio Ukraine and a Tester at Mega Business Software. Victoria also worked as a Software Developer at AGRO UNION.

Victoria Klimova holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Cloud Computing & Hybrid Cloud vs On-Premise Solutions, Introduction to Planning One (Web Client), Kinaxis Partner Onboarding, SAP: Supply Chain Logistics & Transportation in S4/HANA, SAP for Beginners course | SAP ERP with practice, Practical Psychology, Telc German B1 Level, Fashion/Image Stylist, Brand and Product Management, How to Finance and Grow Your Startup – Without VC, UX Design Fundamentals, and Visual Elements of User Interface Design.
