Benjamin O'Neill currently serves as the Engineering Duty Manager and Lead Shift Engineer at Bristol Airport, a position held since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing maintenance operations and participating in operational meetings. Prior experience includes roles as a Maintenance Technician at both Bristol and London Stansted Airports, overseeing electrical and mechanical systems, as well as a prior position as a TTS Technician on the Bombardier Track Transit System. Benjamin took a career break from November 2014 to June 2016 for travel and climbing guiding in Asia and New Zealand and completed a four-year apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering. Educational qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance from West Anglia Training Association and a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colchester Institute.
