Ian Drury

Ian Drury currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs, Media and Community Relations at Bristol Airport, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ian Drury was the Head of Communications and Media and PR Manager at Wessex Water from July 2008 to July 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a Media Relations Officer at Avon and Somerset Constabulary from November 2004 to July 2008 and as a Communications Officer at Wessex Water from March 2003 to November 2004. Ian Drury began a career in journalism as a Reporter for the South Gloucestershire Gazette Series from October 2001 to March 2003. Academically, Ian Drury earned a BA (Hons) in Professional Media from the University of Gloucestershire and holds an NCTJ qualification in Journalism from the Newsquest Media Group in Newport.
