Jamie Gale

Jamie Gale has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and therapy. They began their career in 2012 as a Therapist/Case Manager at Missouri Girls Town. They then worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Burrell Behavioral Health from 2014 to 2015, where they provided integrated care approaches and played a role in training and onboarding new staff. From 2015 to 2016, Jamie served as a Behavioral Health Consultant at the University of Missouri, focusing on direct patient care and implementing telehealth methods. In 2016, they joined the Family Health Center of Boone County as a Behavioral Health Consultant, where they continued to provide integrated care, supervise practicum students, and implement telehealth coverage. In 2018, Jamie worked as a Therapist at Counseling Associates, before joining Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation in 2019. At Bristol Bay, they have held multiple roles, including serving as a Mental Health Clinician, Community Support Program Coordinator, and currently as the Behavioral Health Clinical Director. Their responsibilities have included providing clinical care, supervising staff, updating policies and procedures, serving as a Cerner super-user, and responding to administrative challenges. They have also filled in for other manager vacancies and provided clinical oversight for inpatient and outpatient services.

Jamie Gale has a Master's Degree in MSW (Master of Social Work) from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to that, Jamie obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Westminster College (MO). In addition to their education, Jamie has obtained certifications as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from both the State of Alaska and Missouri. Jamie also holds a certification as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) from Alaska.
