Jennifer Brooks

Jennifer Brooks has extensive experience in the legal field. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President Legal & Associate General Counsel at Bristol Bay Native Corporation, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as Associate General Counsel at the same company from December 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Jennifer worked as Regional Counsel, North America at ASC Profiles LLC / Steelscape, LLC in 2017 and from 2012 to 2016. Jennifer also gained valuable legal experience as an Attorney at Hunt & Jeppson, LLP from April 2007 to October 2012 and at Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP from October 2005 to April 2007.

Jennifer's early legal career began as a Certified Law Student at the Business and Community Development Clinic from August 2004 to May 2005.

Jennifer Brooks has a Juris Doctor with Distinction degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1998 and 2002. Jennifer holds additional certifications as a licensed attorney, including being licensed in Alaska by the Alaska Bar Association in May 2017 and in California by the State Bar of California in December 2005.
