Jeannie Toole

Jeannie Toole has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jeannie began their career as a Director of Health Services at Aegis Living in 2009, where they provided nursing services and coordinated care for patients and families. Jeannie then worked as a Registered Nurse at Hospice By The Bay and ResCare Home Health Inc, where they provided nursing services and cared for patients in their homes. In 2011, they became a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Sutter Health, where they oversaw patient scheduling and created care plans for end-of-life care. Jeannie later worked as a Home Health Nurse at Horizon Home Care & Hospice, providing a wide range of nursing care services. Jeannie also worked at Kaiser Permanente as an After Hours and Team RN, and at Penn Medicine as an Emergency Response RN and Assistant Nurse Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Bristol Hospice as a Clinical Nurse Manager and Director of Patient Care Services.
