Tricia Frost

Tricia Frost, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. Tricia started their career as the Membership Services Manager at Springfield Racquet and Fitness Center in October 2010, where they worked until September 2011. Following this, they joined Lighted Pathways Hospice as a Volunteer Coordinator from September 2011 to October 2012. In 2012, Tricia joined Bristol Hospice, where they have held various roles over the years. Tricia started as a Business Office Specialist and Volunteer Coordinator from October 2012 to December 2014, then transitioned to the position of Systems Specialist/Trainer from December 2014 to January 2016. Later, they became the Corporate Business Office Training Manager from January 2016 to April 2018. From April 2018 to April 2019, Tricia served as the Business Office & Informatics Training Manager. Following this, they were promoted to the role of Business Office & Informatics Training Director from April 2019 to December 2022. Currently, Tricia holds the position of Vice President of Informatics and Business Operations at Bristol Hospice, which they began in December 2022.

Tricia Frost, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recreation, specializing in Adult Fitness and Business, from Greenville University between 2006 and 2010.
