Andy Seabolt is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as an Administrative Captain at Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office since September 2018. With a comprehensive background, Seabolt has held various positions within the Sheriff's Office, including Criminal Investigations Captain and Training Captain, responsible for training, supervision, and operational management. In addition to law enforcement duties, Seabolt manages security operations at Bristol Motor Speedway since March 2003, overseeing event security and personnel coordination. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University and completion of the FBI National Academy.
