Brian Hyland

Brian Hyland is an accomplished security operations professional with extensive experience in managing and directing physical security initiatives. Currently serving as Associate Director of West Coast Security Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb since September 2016, Brian oversees security operations and investigations in the region, including the design and management of security system installations. Previous roles include Director of Global Security Operations at Mattel, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries and included ensuring C-TPAT accreditation, and Regional Director of Investigations at the Motion Picture Association of America, focusing on anti-piracy efforts. Brian also brings valuable law enforcement experience from a 25-year career with the San Jose Police Department. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management with a focus on International Business from Colorado Technical University and an AS in Administration of Justice from the College of San Mateo.
