Fiona McPhee is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in clinical and translational medicine, currently serving as the Head of Early Phase Translational Medicine Planning & Execution at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Fiona has held multiple senior roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Head of Discovery Virology Clinical, as well as positions as Senior Research Investigator, Principal Scientist, and Senior Principal Scientist. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Scientist at Rhone Poulenc Rorer and post-doctoral research at both UCSF and the Max-Planck Institute for Biochemistry. Fiona holds a D.Phil in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry from Lincoln College, University of Oxford, and a B.Sc (Hons) in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Leicester.
