Gauri Deb

Gauri Deb, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb since March 2022, previously serving as an Assistant Project Scientist at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, where research focused on VCAN-TLR2 signaling and tumor microenvironment regulation. Gauri held the role of Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at City of Hope from October 2017 to December 2020, contributing to the development of CART immunotherapy for B cell leukemia and resulting in multiple co-authored publications. Earlier, Gauri was a Postdoctoral Scientist at Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute, where novel drug-gene interactions were identified through CRISPR-Cas9 screening in acute myeloid leukemia. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biosciences and Bioengineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and experiences as a visiting Fulbright scholar in Oncology and Cancer Biology at Case Western Reserve University, along with degrees in Biotechnology and Biochemistry.
