Heather Pongonis holds an MBA and an MS, with a robust background in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Research & Drug Development in Global Patient Advocacy at Bristol Myers Squibb, Heather also oversees R&D Innovation and Digital Health in Business Insights and Analytics. Prior to this role, Heather was a Senior Grant Manager and held various positions at Covance, including Pricing Manager and Lead Pricing Analyst within the Global Pricing Center of Excellence. Heather's career began at BioClinica as an Assistant Validation Analyst, showcasing a diverse skill set that spans drug development, pricing strategy, and patient advocacy.
