Jeff Orlando

Jeff Orlando currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on Learning and Development since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff held various leadership positions at Medtronic, including Vice President of Global Talent Development & Culture and Vice President of Global Learning and Leadership Development, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise learning strategy and leadership development for a $30B+ organization. Jeff's earlier experience at Deloitte involved serving as Managing Director and Chief Learning Officer for Leader Development & Performance, along with roles dedicated to leadership portfolio development and executive succession. Additionally, Jeff worked with Stromberg Consulting as a VP, Managing Consultant and contributed to management consulting through Action Coaching and Training. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and French from Susquehanna University.
