Jenny Sargeant

Jenny Sargeant has extensive experience in disability advancement and education. At Bristol Myers Squibb from August 2016 to July 2023, Jenny served as the Global Disability Advancement Workplace Network (DAWN) Lead and Colleague Lead, focusing on presentations and written communication. Additionally, Jenny worked as the Global Talent Management Manager, emphasizing communications strategy. Jenny also held the position of Area 31 Director for Toastmasters International from July 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included leading multiple clubs and organizing training. In education, Jenny taught French and German at Connah's Quay High School and Blacon High School between 2010 and 2015. Jenny holds a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Chester and a Certificate in Training Practice from the University of Manchester.
