Laura Caponi has over two decades of experience in legal and operational roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Risk, Operations, and Intelligence at Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2003, Laura has held multiple senior positions, including Vice President of C&E Monitoring and Analytics and Head of Strategy & Operations for the Legal and Compliance teams. Prior to this, Laura served as Director of Legal Operations and Associate Director of IP Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb, and held roles at Pfizer and KPMG US. Laura's educational background includes advanced studies in Healthcare Compliance and Information Systems, alongside a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
