Lynn Cinelli

Lynn D'Silva Cinelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Biologics Supply Chain at Bristol Myers Squibb, Lynn has previously held significant leadership roles at Merck, including Executive Director for both Global Vaccines Value Chain and Global Policy, Communications, and Population Health Strategy & Operations. Lynn is also a Board Member of the US-Taiwan Business Council and has served as Asia Pacific Regional Policy Director at MSD. Lynn holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Cornell University, where studies began in 1999.
