Marina Roberts

Marina Roberts currently serves as a Gymnastics Coach at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA since July 2023 and holds the position of Human Resources Associate at Bristol Myers Squibb since February 2022. Marina’s experience includes managing high volumes of HR inquiries, analyzing case trends, and providing customer service excellence. Previously, Marina worked as an Administrative Assistant at LoCicero Medical Group, where organizational skills and marketing material creation were key responsibilities. Additionally, as a Total Rewards Team Intern at Bristol Myers Squibb, analytical and documentation skills were utilized to improve processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of South Florida, Marina has also held roles that involved coaching and curriculum delivery in summer camp settings.
