Marisa Randall

Marisa Randall has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director in multiple roles at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2022, including oversight of Talent Acquisition for GPS/CT and Global R&D. Prior to this, Marisa was the Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc., and held positions at Bioverativ and Biogen, where significant contributions were made in recruiting talent for pharmaceutical operations and technology. Marisa began the professional career at Michael Page - US as a Senior Manager in Engineering & Manufacturing. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Boston University, awarded in May 2005.
