Michael P Beluch possesses extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Research & Early Discovery IT Scientific Data Engineering at Bristol Myers Squibb since January 2001. Over the years at Bristol Myers Squibb, Michael has held several leadership roles, including Associate Director of Digital Capability Management and Lead for Digital Capability Management in the Lead Discovery & Optimization department. Prior to this, Michael worked at Novartis as a Senior Research Associate and held similar positions at Wyeth and American Cyanamid. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Cook College, Rutgers The State University of New Jersey, in 1993.
