Rajan Gupta

Rajan Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb since November 2019, Rajan previously held the same title at Celgene from June 2015 to November 2019, leading teams to support early development through validation of projects. Prior experience includes a Director role in Product Development for Emerging Markets at GSK, where responsibilities encompassed managing CMC teams for oral dosage form development across various global regions. Rajan's career began at Merck, progressing from Senior Principal Scientist to Associate Director, overseeing drug development and leading teams in formulation and process optimization. Previous roles also include Senior Research Engineer at Cargill, Inc., and Senior Research Assistant at IIT Bombay.
