Sameen Desai

Sameen Desai is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology and digital innovation within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of WorldWide Safety IT at Bristol Myers Squibb since January 2020, Sameen previously held the position of Senior Director for Digital Insights & Innovation. Prior roles include Senior Director at Celgene and various leadership positions at Merck, including Associate Director and Principal in Global IT, along with roles in project management and business analysis. Sameen's career began at Automatic Data Processing as a Software Quality Analyst and included a position as Senior Research Associate at Nielsen Entertainment. Sameen holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MBA in Marketing from Sardar Patel University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from M.S. University.
