Tiel Tarvydas

Tiel Tarvydas is currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2023. Previously, Tiel held multiple positions at Amazon from July 2016 to February 2023, including Senior Operations Manager, Regional Learning Manager for the Northeast, Learning Operations Manager, Learning Area Manager, and Amazon Fulfillment Engine Area Manager. Tiel also gained experience as a CSCM Intern at The Linde Group in 2015, focusing on truck route optimization, and as a Social Media Intern at Rivalry Wear in 2014, where research and management of social media tactics were key responsibilities. Tiel earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as Marketing from Lehigh University, studied from 2012 to 2016, and graduated from Shawnee High School in 2012.
