Tughan Demirbilek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations within the healthcare and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations for the Intercontinental Region at Bristol Myers Squibb since January 2016, Tughan has held various pivotal roles, including Commercial Director for Worldwide Oncology and Strategy & Operations Lead for the CEEME region.
