Rachael Cain

Rachael Cain is a seasoned professional in the insurance and claims investigation sector, currently serving as a Senior Special Investigator and Senior Liability Claims Adjuster at Bristol West Insurance Group since June 2019. In this role, Rachael specializes in investigating coverage and liability for auto claims, negotiating bodily injury claims, and detecting insurance fraud, while holding licenses in 14 states. Prior to this position, Rachael worked as a Claims Representative at Plymouth Rock Assurance, focusing on property claim investigations and fraud detection. Rachael's experience also includes a spring internship with the Crime Victim Compensation Program, assisting victims of violent crimes, and previous roles in sales and internships with the Morris County Sheriff's Department, reinforcing a strong foundation in criminal justice acquired through a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.
