Kristoffer Erga-Johansen

Kristoffer Erga-Johansen is an experienced safety and compliance advisor at Bristow Group since September 2022, also serving as an Air Coordinator in NOFO's emergency staff for oil spill incidents since January 2024. Prior roles include executive officer at the Air Force Training Centre, where responsibilities involved advanced instruction in survival skills and course development, and tactical coordinator in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, focused on maritime surveillance and search and rescue operations. Kristoffer has extensive qualifications as a tactical coordinator, flight instructor, navigator, and is adept in various military leadership roles, having led operational teams in both the Norwegian National Guard Special Forces and Royal Norwegian Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management, along with multiple specialized courses in cyber security and emergency preparedness.
