Drishi R Beeharry

Drishi joined Bristows as an associate in December 2021 and is part of the corporate & tax team. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters which include: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate investments.

Drishi also provides general corporate advice to clients in relation to company reorganisations, shareholder rights and governance matters.

Prior to joining Bristows, Drishi trained at a leading international law firm, qualifying into its corporate team in September 2018.
