Corne van der Breggen

Corne van der Breggen is an accomplished professional in the insurance and reinsurance sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Claims - Reinsurance at Brit Insurance since June 2020, Corne has previously held significant roles such as Head of Casualty Claims - London Reinsurance at AXA from September 2018 to June 2020, following AXA's acquisition of XL Catlin where Corne was the Head of Casualty Claims, Reinsurance. Additional positions include Senior Claims Adjuster at both XL Catlin and Catlin, as well as Senior Claims Adjuster at Xchanging, Claims Manager at Beazley, and Senior Claims Manager at Owens Group.
