Rebecca Allen is an accomplished music industry leader and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The BRIT School since June 2023. Rebecca has held the position of President at EMI Records since June 2020 and previously served as a Board Member for Trinity Laban from June 2018 to June 2021. Notably, Rebecca co-chaired the Brit Awards 2021 from September 2020 to May 2021, and was the President and Managing Director at Decca Records from November 2014 to June 2020, as well as the General Manager and Director of Media from May 1999 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a GTCL in Music from Trinity Laban (1992-1996) and studies at Clarendon College Nottingham (1990-1992).
