Purity Karanja is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Britam since August 2022, Purity is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, implementing action plans, and monitoring key performance indicators such as employee satisfaction and retention.
