Jorden Birch

Jorden Birch is an experienced education professional with a strong background in STEM education and leadership. Currently serving as a CPD Facilitator at STEM Learning UK, Jorden also co-founded STEMunity and acts as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing initiatives like STEM Academy North that connect local STEM industries, academics, and educators to enhance opportunities for young people. Additional roles include Learning Design Consultant at Britannica Education and STEM and Enrichment Coordinator at Wales High School Academy Trust. Previously, Jorden worked as Teacher Coordinator for the Royal Academy of Engineering's Connecting STEM Teachers Programme, which successfully established extensive networks of STEM educators across the UK. Jorden Birch holds a PGCE in Secondary Science from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
