Alisyn Schmidt

Alisyn Schmidt is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in both corporate and freelance environments. Currently serving as a Senior Creative Designer at Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc. since June 2025, Alisyn also operates Alisyn Designs as a Freelance Brand Designer since 2014. Prior to this, Alisyn held the role of Senior Creative Designer at Optimism from February 2022 to June 2025 and worked as a Creative Designer at Likemind from March 2020 to April 2022. Alisyn began this career with an internship in design, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Design from Western Washington University, completed in 2019.
