John Hwang

John Hwang, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Founder at Areida Group and as CFO at both Medical Murray and TxRv Group, John also holds the title of Partner and CFO at BriteBirch Collective. Previous roles include Capital Markets Advisor at Contour Companies and Co-Founder of PocketMDs, where John led the business from initial concept to launch. Prior to these positions, John worked as a Portfolio Manager/Trader at RBC Capital Markets and UBS Asset Management, focusing on US High Yield and managing substantial assets. Earlier in their career, John was a Fixed Income Trader at HTG Capital Partners and a Macro Trader at Infinium Capital Management. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
