Corné Marais

Cornelius Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and engineering. With a tenure at CommScope from December 2011 to August 2021, Cornelius held roles as Decommissioning Engineer and Decommissioning Coordinator, focusing on decommissioning and configuring vendor core routers and network equipment in Google data centers across the EMEA region, and leading process improvements within project teams. Prior to CommScope, Cornelius served as a Decom Tester for Google at ARRIS, a Network Installation Engineer at Inclarity, and a Technical System Support Engineer at the Highways Agency. Educational qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Telecommunication & Computer Networking from London South Bank University, a Full-Stack Web Developer certification from Le Wagon, and an HNC in Software Engineering from South Thames College.
