Marcelo Bernal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marcelo then worked at Merchant e-Solutions as Co-President & CEO, overseeing global payments and leading the company's relocation. Marcelo also served as CFO & EVP of Corporate Development, managing settlement and funding, treasury, and revenue management, as well as acting as a liaison between the company and its parent company in Brazil. In 2017, Marcelo co-founded Carnegie Brasil, where they served as CEO, focusing on bringing innovative learning technologies to non-native English speakers in Brazil. Currently, Marcelo is working as a Finance Advisor at Calloquy, PBC, a virtual litigation platform with a social mission to improve access to justice. Alongside their professional roles, Marcelo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, along with a focus on delivering ambitious results and reinventing practices.

Marcelo Bernal holds a graduate degree in Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Marcelo also obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Facultad de Economía y Empresa.
