Richard Baker

Richard Baker has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1988. Richard began their career at The Baldwin Group as a Contractor, providing high quality Analysis and Program Development across diverse industries. In 2004, they joined LPS Field Services, Inc. as an Application Development Manager and later became Unification and Consolidation Manager. In 2014, they moved to ServiceLink, A Black Knight Financial Services Company, where they were a Project/Delivery and Production Support Manager. From 2015 to 2022, they were employed by Quadax, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager and Manager, A/R Systems. Currently, they are a Magento Scrum Master at Briteskies.

Richard Baker obtained an Associates degree in Computer Management from the ICM School of Business in 1984. In 2021, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
