Philip Scott Lowery

Philip Scott Lowery has extensive experience in leadership roles in various companies. Philip Scott served as a Partner and Senior Attorney at Rausch Sturm LLP, where they were responsible for legal call center collections and company strategy. Philip Scott also worked closely with other partners to ensure company performance.

Lowery then became Chairman, CEO, and President of Collect America Encore, LLC., where they oversaw the purchase and recovery in Galaxy companies. Philip Scott was involved in all aspects of operating the company.

Prior to that, Lowery founded BriteStreet Energy Group in 2012, where they oversaw all operations in residential and commercial solar and LED sales, financing, and development. Philip Scott participated in setting and implementing operational objectives, the strategic vision for the company, and company financing.

Lowery also founded Scott Lowery Law Office, P.C. in 2000 and served as its Founder and CEO until 2017. Additionally, they founded SquareTwo Financial (formerly Collect America, Ltd.) in 1994 and served as its Founder, CEO, President, and Chairman. SquareTwo became a leader in the asset recovery and management industry.

Philip Scott Lowery earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1979 to 1982. After completing their undergraduate education, they went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from 1982 to 1985. Prior to their time at the University of Denver, Lowery attended the University of Northern Colorado from 1977 to 1979, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
