Colm Lacy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Colm began their career as a Credit Analyst in Corporate and Commercial Banking at AIB in 1996. In 1997, they joined British Airways as a Finance Analyst for Cargo, and later transitioned into the role of Finance Manager for Alliances. Colm then moved on to Senior Manager positions in Revenue Management and Network Development before becoming the General Manager of Network Planning. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Head of Commercial for Gatwick Airport. Most recently, Colm held the position of Head of Revenue Management, Pricing & Ancillaries at British Airways before being appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer in July 2021.
Colm Lacy attended the University of Nottingham from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry and Management Science. Later, in 1995 and 1996, they pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, obtaining an Associate's degree in Accounting.
