Hannah Critien is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand strategy and product management. Currently serving as Head of Brand for British Airways since February 2016, Hannah is responsible for developing the global brand strategy and defining the future customer proposition. Prior to this role, Hannah held various positions including Head of TV Proposition Strategy at BT, where the introduction of new TV products and channels was a key focus, and Senior Product Manager at Sky, specializing in sports marketing and campaign development. Earlier experiences include brand management at RBS Insurance and marketing roles at The AA and Oxford University Press. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of the West of England.
