Iain Naylor

Iain Naylor is a Senior Employment Lawyer at British Airways since June 2019, where previous roles include Employment Lawyer and Seconded Employment Lawyer. Prior to this, Naylor served as an Employment Lawyer and Employee Relations Manager at NHS Improvement from April 2017 to June 2019. Naylor's experience also includes a position as Employment Lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard from August 2012 to October 2017, and as a Legal Counsel (secondee) at The Royal Bank of Scotland in 2015. An earlier career involved being a Resort Representative at Off the Piste and a Paralegal at Field Fisher Waterhouse. Naylor holds an LLB (Hons) in Law and an LLM in International Law from the University of Leeds, as well as an LPC from Nottingham Law School.
