Pavla Drabekova

Pavla Drabekova currently serves as the Global Sales Operations Team Manager at British Airways, a position held since April 2017. Previously, Pavla was the Customer Care Director and Sales & Marketing Director at UPC Broadband Slovakia from 2012 to 2016, overseeing various aspects of customer experience and national sales strategy. Pavla's career at UPC Broadband Slovakia began in 2000 as the Marketing Director, focusing on product and customer value management, brand communications, and market research.
