Vikash Kumar

Vikash Kumar is currently an Operations Executive at British Airways, where they have worked since January 2012, managing export documents and liaising with various agencies for cargo handling. Previously, Vikash served as a Deputy Project Manager at Sparrow Softech Pvt. Ltd. from 2018 to 2023, and held the role of Team Supervisor at Globe Ground India for a brief period in 2018. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience in airport operations and customer service in various roles, including as a Duty Officer and Customer Service Senior Agent at Air India SATS.
